About Jewel Pendergrass

Jewel Pendergrass is the Broker/Owner of CENTURY 21 LeMac Realty, leading with a simple belief: local roots and steady service create exceptional results. A REALTOR® (NAR) and longtime community advocate, Jewel blends decades of Ozarks market knowledge with the power of the CENTURY 21® brand—so clients and agents alike can move forward with clarity and confidence in Mountain Home and the Twin Lakes region.

Her real estate journey began inside the LeMac story itself. Founded in the early 1970s by partners Ronald Lewis and Ray McDaniel (“Le-Mac”), the company affiliated with CENTURY 21 in 1985. Jewel joined as a secretary in 1989, earned her real estate license in 1990, and obtained her broker’s license in 1995. In 2001, she and her husband, Mickey, purchased the company—ushering in a new era of growth built on integrity, training, and client care.

That growth shows up in milestones. What started with three full-time associates (including Jewel) quickly outgrew its space. In 2005, the team moved into a newly constructed two-story flagship; in 2006, they opened a convenient branch near Walmart to better serve clients. Today, CENTURY 21 LeMac Realty is home to 40+ agents and a dedicated support staff—and has been consistently ranked the #1 real estate company in the Mountain Home / Twin Lakes area for production.

Service extends beyond closings. Jewel was named Local REALTOR® of the Year (2003), serves on the Mountain Home Chamber of Commerce Board, and mentors students at the Baxter County Alternative School. That same give-back spirit guides how she coaches LeMac agents: clear standards, ethical practice, and practical systems that turn effort into results.
